Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to the USA and Canada on orders over $75.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Montreal, Canada. Please allow us 48 hours to process your order.

IMPORTANT FOR US CUSTOMERS:
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to customs duties and import taxes (typically $20-35 depending on order value). These fees are collected by the shipping carrier and are separate from your order total. These fees are required by US customs and go to the US government, not to us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside USA/Canada):
Orders shipped outside Canada and the USA may be subject to additional duties, customs, and taxes that vary by country. These fees are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any import fees.

You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your order. Another email will follow when your order has shipped from our facilities.
